I created this Theme for the Potomac Council web site, which runs on top CMS made Simple. CMS made Simple provides them with a "real simple way" to keep their web content up to date. I know Joomla and Drupal are powerful, but for the non-tech bunch, both were just a bit much on the learning curve.
