Starcraft 2 is just as addicting for me as the original Starcraft. I played the original so much I started having dreams about playing Starcraft, and now those dreams are beginning again with this sequel. Just to prove how addicted you are to Starcraft II you can get your very own Starcraft 2 signature that has your most current stats to use in blogs, forums, websites, or where ever.
Here is my Starcraft 2 signature.

What I would really like to see is a Facebook plugin that does something similar to those horrible Zynga games. Zynga games are all clicky click on a web button one billion times. Talk about boring. Or perhaps some facebook tie in that would tell me when my friends are playing Starcraft so I don't have to boot the game to check. On the other hand if I was truly addicted, wouldn't Starcraft 2 be running 24-7 anyway?
I just casually play the game for the enjoyment of playing the game. The thing that will really ruin the game for me, is when all the script kiddies start downloading Starcraft II hacks from the Internet. Hacks just turn the whole game into a race to see who has the better hacks. Why is that fun?
With the original Starcraft I would only play the first day of a patch release, as it would take all the script kiddies at least a day of posting sad little pleas for hacks in forums, "omg patch released!!! I need haxxors to help make me haxz like all pro." That just makes me laugh. HA!
I believe I read somewhere that Activision was taking an aggressive stance against people hosting Starcraft 2 hacks, and the people developing them. I'll have to look around and see if I can't find the source of this rumor.
